Shipping and Return Policy

We currently ship to West Malaysia only. If your location is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.

3.Delivery time
West Malaysia is within 3 – 5 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping will be provided for orders over RM300 in West Malaysia

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order at website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage).
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
